The SC&T HE01SEK HDMI Extender over CAT5e Kit is an HDMI extender kit that uses a Cat5e (or above) Ethernet cable to extend any HDMI signal up to 40 meters (or 45M with Cat6 cable), with a resolution up to 1080p. The HE01ST Tx unit supports the EDID auto backup function, allowing you to save the desired resolution setting and restore it whenever you need it, while the HE01SER RX is a dongle-designed receiver that has a built-in HDMI connector that allows you to directly connect to an HDMI device without HDMI cables and requires no external power source.
Simple to install and easy to use, the HE01SEK HDMI Extender over CAT5e Kit includes one (1) HE01ST Tx unit and one (1) HE01SER Rx unit, ready for plug-and-play operation out of the box. Simply connect an HDMI source to the HE01ST transmitter and use a CAT5e cable to extend the signal to the HE01SER receiver, which has an HDMI male end to connect directly to the HDMI display or monitor.
