Description
The SC&T IP01FK is an Ethernet to Fiber Converter/Extender Kit that can transmit data communication protocols including Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, and Gigabit Ethernet over single mode fiber optic cable. The IP01FK can also work as an Ethernet over fiber extender, capable of reaching distances up to 20km over a single-mode fiber module and single-core fiber cable. Ready for plug-and-play media installation out of the box with no configuration required, the IP01FK is an ideal solution for CCTV networks, AVoIP systems, and IT infrastructure.
As a high-speed network fiber converter, IP01F units have built-in SC connectors for single mode fiber, eliminating the need for external modules, and can be used to extend the network up to 20 km with a maximum bandwidth of 1G. The long distance and high bandwidth are ideal for large scale applications, such as connecting large switches in the server room or transmitting multiple cameras or network equipment at once.
